280ml/½ pint of milk
4 tablespoons of good plain chocolate (70%)
sugar - according to taste
a good shot of dark rum
pinch of cinnamon
140ml/¼ pint of whipping cream or aerosol spray cream
small pieces of chocolate - to serve

METHOD

Heat the milk. Grate the plain chocolate into a glass, and pour the warm milk into the glass to melt the chocolate. Add sugar according to taste, along with the rum, cinnamon and a good dollop of whipped cream or spray cream. Garnish with small chocolate pieces.
