METHOD
Remove the skin from the salmon and break the fish into pieces. Fry the onions for 1 minute. Halve the potatoes. Slice the pepper into strips and add to the onions. Add the tomatoes and raspberry vinegar and heat the ingredients. Put the rocket, salad and basil in a large mixing bowl and add the warm ingredients to them and mix well. Add the salmon and season before serving. Lemon slices can also be used to serve.
