Rind (finely grated) and juice of ½ large orange 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar 4 tablespoons of walnut oil salt black pepper 2-3 tablespoons of chopped toasted walnut pieces
METHOD
Mix the orange rind, juice and vinegar. Whisk in the oil and season. Toss in the walnuts just before using.
Tastes fruity, nutty. Perfect for goat's cheese salads, beetroot salads.
