METHOD
Mix the poppy seeds with 2 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, the oil, salt and mustard. Add more lemon juice and/or honey to taste.
Tastes sharp, tangy. Perfect for fruit salads, leafy salads with croutons.
