PESTO AND LEMON DRESSING

1 heaped tablespoons of pesto
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
salt
black pepper
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice

METHOD
Mix the pesto with the oil and 1 tablespoons of lemon juice, and season. Taste and add more lemon juice and seasoning if liked.Tastes garlicky, peppery and herby. Perfect for tomato salads, pasta salads.
