2-3 tablespoons of soured cream 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil few drops of Tabasco 1 tablespoon of snipped chives salt black pepper 1 small avocado 4 teaspoons of lime juice
METHOD
Mix the soured cream, oil, Tabasco and chives, and season. Mash the avocado with the lime, then whisk into the soured cream.
