METHOD
Warm up the frying pan and melt the butter. Beat the steak to tenderise. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the steak. Fry the steak in the hot frying pan - three quarters of a minute on both sides for a medium-cooked steak (or cook to own personal taste). Take the steak out of the frying pan and set aside on a plate. In the same pan, fry the onion and mushrooms until browned. Put the meat back in the pan and add the whisky. Spread butter on the slices of bread, followed by the onions and mushrooms. Place the steak on top. Spread a layer of mustard over the steak before placing the other slice of bread on top.
