400g/14fl oz of full cream milk
2 egg yolks
50g/2oz of sugar
2 tablespoon of honey

METHOD

You'll need an ice cream maker for this recipe. In a small saucepan, bring the milk to boil. Remove from the heat, cover and leave to cool for around 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar before adding the milk and honey. Tip the mixture into the ice cream maker and mix (according to the instructions) for 30 minutes.
