½ onion - finely chopped 1 clove of garlic - finely chopped bunch of fresh parsley - finely chopped 2 heaped tablespoons of sage leaves - finely chopped breadcrumbs (half a small white loaf) 1 tablespoon of welsh honey 50g/2oz of butter - melted anglesey salt black pepper
METHOD
Mix the ingredients in a bowl to form a light pastry, then shape into little balls and cook in a frying pan or the oven until brown.
