METHOD
Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes or according to the instructions. In a pan with a lid, heat the oil, lemon juice and vinegar, adding the tomatoes and anchovies then cover and gently warm through until the tomatoes just start to burst and soften. Drain the pasta and return it to pan. Add the tuna to the pasta before adding the tomato sauce and the herbs. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
