METHOD
Season the meat with the onion, spring onion, garlic, pepper, curry powder and salt. Marinate in a fridge for at least 30 minutes but preferably over night. Scrape the seasoning from the meat and put to one side. Fry the meat in the oil until browned. Add about 2 cups of water and simmer until soft. Add more water if necessary. Add the seasonings. Simmer for about 2 - 3 hours. Serve hot with boiled Rice.
