INGRIEDIENTS

50g/2oz of butter
6 bananas - cut at an angle
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
a good measure of rum
zest of 1 lemon

to serve:
cream or Greek yoghurt
METHOD
In a large frying pan, melt the butter. Add the banana and cook until golden brown. Melt the sugar before adding the rum and flambase. To finish, stir in the zest of the lemon. Serve with fresh cream or Greek yoghurt
