METHOD
Clean the beans. Roast the garlic in a little oil until lightly browned, being careful not to burn them.
Put the garlic and the beans into a food processor and blitz until smooth. Add the oil, lemon juice, coriander and and spring onions and blitz once again. Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the pate into a suitable serving dish, leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Serve with fresh bread.
