METHOD
Mix the meat with the onions, garlic, thyme and salt and pepper. Add the parsley and mix again.
Shape the mixture into balls. Make a dent in the centre of the balls and fill with a spoonful of cheese. Pull the sides over to cover the cheese and press down to form a burger.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the burgers on both sides until browned.
Serve in a bread bun.
