STIR-FRIED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH PANCETTA

INGRIEDIENTS

740g of Brussel sprouts - cleaned and thinly sliced
1 pack (130g) of pancetta
50g of butter
Anglesey sea salt and black pepper
METHOD
Melt the butter in a saucepan, cook the pancetta until it starts to brown and crisp. Then, add the sprouts and mix everything well. Add some salt and pepper and cook well for approximately 4 minutes, tossing them regularly.

Serve immediately.
