METHOD
Mix the flour with a little milk in a bowl.
In a saucepan, bring the rest to the boil, and take off the heat. Pour the flour mixture to the milk, mixing everything regularly. Add the caster sugar and cook on a low temperature for 2 - 3 minutes.
Serve with the Christmas pudding.
