ENOUGH FOR :

INGRIEDIENTS

25g of butter & 3/4 tbsp of the meat juices or 100g of butter
3 onions - cubed
2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
100g of pine nuts
100g of fresh parsley - finely chopped
100g of sage (dried in the oven)
Zest of 2 lemons
4 cox apples - cubed
575g of white breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
METHOD
Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Fry the onions and garlic. Add the meat juices or a little more butter.

Mix the pine nuts with the onions. Mix well before adding the sage, lemon, parsley, breadcrumbs and season. Mix the ingredients well and cook for approximately 5 minutes.

Put everything in a baking tray and cook in the oven at a temperature of 150'c, for approximately 20 minutes until browned.
