METHOD
Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Fry the onions and garlic. Add the meat juices or a little more butter.
Mix the pine nuts with the onions. Mix well before adding the sage, lemon, parsley, breadcrumbs and season. Mix the ingredients well and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Put everything in a baking tray and cook in the oven at a temperature of 150'c, for approximately 20 minutes until browned.
