½ Shot of orange curacao
¼ Shot of marachino syrup
Champagne
Marachino Cherries
Handful of ice
½ Shot of orange curacao
¼ Shot of marachino syrup

Handful of ice
METHOD
In a large jug, mix the cognac, curacao, marachino juice and ice and pour 1/8 into champagne glasses with a cherry in each of the glaces. Pour the champagne into the glasses and stir.
