INGRIEDIENTS

50 dates
Olive oil
50g of butter
800g of chicken liver
25 slices of streaky bacon - cut in half
Anglesey sea salt and black pepper
METHOD
Take the stones out of the dates. Take the white parts from the chicken livers.

Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan. Season the liver and cook. Put aside to cool.

Cut the liver into small enough pieces to stuff the dates. Roll some bacon around each of the dates. When they are ready to be served, place in the oven to cook on a temperature of 180'c for 10 minutes.
