METHOD
Using a clean table:
Sieve the flour and sugar, make a bowl in the flour and add the margarine, sultanas and the lemon zest.
In a bowl, mix the oil, aniseed, vanilla and milk, then the lemon juice and yeast and mix with a fork. Finally, add the mosto and mix well.
Gradually add the juice to the flour and mix by hand until all the liquid has combined with the flour. If the mixture is a little dry you can add a little water.
Work the dough by hand, making sure that the dough is mixed well.
Leave to rise in a warm place before baking in a warm oven.
