METHOD
Cook the pasta in boiling water for a few minutes.
Heat the oil in a deep pan on a medium heat and cook the garlic clove, cutting in half with a fork whilst doing so. Add the anchovies and leave to melt in the oil before adding the tartufo paste and mixing. Finally, add the cream to the sauce and mix well.
Combine the fresh pasta with the sauce and serve with Parsley leaves and a little fresh tartufo.
