METHOD
Chop the leek into thin strips, then into small cubes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the leek, on a low heat under a lid until soft.
Put a spoonful of leeks on top of the oysters and a thin slice of cheese.
Cook under a hot gril until the cheese melts and eat straight away.
