6 Anglesey Oysters
1 red onion - chopped into small cubes
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 red onion - chopped into small cubes
2 tablespoons of vinegar
METHOD
Mix the onions with the vinegar. Put a spoonful of onions on top of the oysters and eat straight away.
