METHOD
Mix the olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place the tuna in the mixture and leave for 1 hour.
Before cooking, brush the excess marinade from the tuna.
Cook the tuna in a hot bbq for 2-3 minutes each side and serve immediately.
Serve with homemade mayonnaise.
Tuna will lose its taste if overcooked.
