METHOD
Melt the white chocolate and the dark chocolate one after the other in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. Release the fruit from the leaves carefully but do not pull the leaves off. Dip the fruit only (not the leaves) in the chocolate. Place some greaseproof paper on a plate and place the fruit onto the paper. Leave to cool for a while.
