2 apples
4 kiwi fruit
1 stick of celery - with the leaves
½ teaspoon of nutmeg

METHOD

You'll need a juicer or a similar machine to make this recipe.

Mix the apples, kiwi and celery, without the leaves in the machine.
Sprinkle the nutmeg over the leaves.
Serve the juice in a glass with the celery leaves on top.
