METHOD
Put the mozzarella, olive oil, basil and salt and pepper in a bowl and leave for ½ hour.
Pour the marinade over the focaccia bread. Place the meat in the focaccia. Roast the pepper and tomatoes under the grill for a few minutes.
Put everything in the oven on a temperature of 180C for 20 minutes.
