METHOD
Finely chop the chicken and ham. In a bowl, add the cheese and pineapple to the meat and mix well.
Roll the crust to a rectangular shape. Brush the sides of the crust with egg and wrap around the mixture.
Place the roll on a baking tray with the join of the crust face down on the tray. Brush the crust with the rest of the egg. Make 1" cuts along the top of the crust.
Place in the oven on a temperature of 160C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
