STUFFING FOR TURKEY

INGRIEDIENTS

Breadcrumbs of one loaf
100g of margarine
100g of vegetable lard
1.5 onions - processed until slushy
2 tablespoons of thyme
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of parsley
Liver
METHOD
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, margarine, vegetable lard, onions and liver together. Add the herbs and the salt and pepper.

Mix everything with hands.

Clean the inside of the turkey and stuff with the stuffing. Place the crust on the end to keep the stuffing inside the turkey.

Place the turkey on it's back and put in the oven for approximately 5 hours on a temperature of 400F until the legs come away from the body easily.
