INGRIEDIENTS
1 tub of vanilla ice cream
100g of christmas pudding (add a little Cointreau)
Bar of honeycomb chocolate (such as Crunchie), crushed
Terry's Chocolate Orange
Toffee sauce
Toffees from sweets selection box, melted
Fruit
15-20 cherries, de-stoned, keep 6 whole cherries and halve the rest
15 red grapes, de-seeded, halved
15 raspberries, halved
15 whinberries
290ml double cream, lightly whipped

METHOD
Layer the fruit, ice cream, christmas pudding and honeycomb chocolate in a knickerbocker glory glass. Double cream on top and finish with toffee sauce and grated terry's chocolate orange on top.
