METHOD
Brush 12 of the filo squares with butter and place the other half on each of the buttered squares.
Spoon a teaspoon of cranberries on top of the squares.
Put a piece of brie on top.
Fold the filo pastry over to secure the contents and to create small parcels.
Cook the parcels for approximately 12 minutes until they are browned and hot.
