INGRIEDIENTS

16 cod cheeks
plain flour
olive oil for frying
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
METHOD
Cover the cod cheeks in flour and shake to remove the excess flour.
Fry the garlic in the oil for a while before adding the cod. Move the pan back and forth until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with thick slices of bread.
