METHOD
Soak the water chestnuts in the red food colour for 10 minutes, and then remove from water. Then coat them in tapioca flour. Boil them in hot water until cooked and then soak in cold water. Boil the coconut milk and sugar. Serve the water chestnuts balls with coconut milk syrup. Mix them with jack fruit and ice.
