METHOD
Put the mince, red pepper, garlic, onion, basil and cumin powder in a bowl and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste and use hands to create burger shapes.
Place the burger on hot barbecue for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until the meat is cooked through.
To serve:
Decorate with sprig of fresh basil and serve in a roll.
