The marinade

30 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
40 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 litre of orange juice
500g of brown sugar
1 litre of chicken stock
10 tablespoons of tomato puree
20 cloves of garlic
4 red chilies
To decorate:
10 fresh oranges
Bunch of fresh parsley
