METHOD
To make the marinade combine the honey, soy sauce, ginger, oil, tabasco, chilli flakes and the sesame seeds together in a bowl.
Add the meat to the marinade and coat evenly.
In the meantime, mix the lime juice and the soy sauce in a bowl.
Heat the wok until hot, cook the pork for 5-8 minutes. Add half the marinade to the wok and cover well.
Place the spinach leaves, shallots and red pepper in the lime juice and soy sauce and mix well.
Place the spinach leaves in the middle of a plate.
Place the pork mixture on top of the leaves and garnish with lime quarters.
