METHOD
Mix together the nuts and the breadcrumbs.
Mix together the flour, salt and pepper.
Cover the chicken in the flour then shake the meat to get rid of excess flour.
Dip the meat in the egg and then cover in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the meat until it is golden.
Fry the butter and garlic in the same pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the capers and gherkins into the mayonnaise
To serve, place the chicken on the plate with the garlic butter and dip into the mayonnaise.
