METHOD
Combine the cornflour and plain flour in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
Place the beef in the flour and mix well until the meat is well covered.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or saucepan and add the beef to the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until they are brown and crisp.
Place all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and allow to reduce over a medium heat, until it becomes sticky.
To serve, place the beef on a plate, pour the sauce over the beef and serve with rice, noodles or vegetables of your choice.
