METHOD
Grease a frying pan well to avoid sticking.
Place a layer of potatoes overlapping one another at the bottom of the pan. This is important as it binds the whole dish together. Repeat the process another 2 times to create 3 layers of potatoes.
Place strips of turkey on the potatoes.
Add the stuffing and sausages.
Season to taste.
Place another 3 layer of potatoes over the meat and stuffing then pour the stock over the mixture until it reaches ¾ up the pan.
Bake the torte in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180ºC or until the potatoes are cooked through.
Allow to rest for 15 minutes before you turn the torte onto a plate.
