ENOUGH FOR :

INGRIEDIENTS

3 eggs - beaten
pinch of salt and pepper
drop of milk
50 g/2 oz of mushrooms - chopped
1 slice of ham - chopped
25 g/1 oz of unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of parsley - finely chopped
METHOD
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms to a golden brown. Add the beaten eggs, ham and parsley. Mix lightly in the pan and then allow to harden. Fold in half before serving.
