METHOD
Heat the oil in a big wok and cook the chicken. Add the egg to the wok and mix until cooked. Add the garlic, chilli and mushrooms and cook for 1 minute before adding the dry chillies, coriander, beansprouts, noodles, fish sauce and worchester sauce. To finish, add some sugar, salt, lime juice and spring onions. Mix well and serve immediately.
