METHOD
Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes, mash a little with a fork and place in a large bowl.
Add the butter, pepper and herbs and mix well.
Tear the mackerel into pieces and add the to the potatoes.
Squeeze the lemon juice over the salad and serve on a plate in the shape of a tower or in salad bowls and decorate with a few sprigs of chives.
