METHOD
Fry onions, garlic, chilli and ginger in a frying pan or wok for 5 minutes.
Add the prawns, cover and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until they turn pink in colour.
Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the frying pan.
Add the honey and stir until the mixture is well coated before adding the soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Serve with quarters of lemons or limes.
