METHOD
Fry the onion in the sesame oil. Add the chicken and fry until brown before adding the curry paste and cook for 5 minutes. Pour the coconut milk over and cook until it starts to boil. Finally mix in the fresh coriander and serve on a bed of boiled basmati rice.
