4 big mushrooms olive oil cup of fresh basil - finely chopped cup of parsley - finely chopped 1 clove of garlic 1 tub of cream cheese 1 egg yolk salt and pepper 1 cup of fresh brown bread crumbs 1 spring onion - finely chopped
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together and full the big open mushrooms with the mixture. Pour some olive oil over the mushrooms and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
