2 chicken breasts - minced
4 spring onion - finely chopped
fresh coriander - finely chopped
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika
salt and pepper

METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together to create one big burger and fry in a little oil until brown on both sides.
