LEMON AND BASIL PASTA

INGRIEDIENTS
1 bag of pasta
2 tablespoons of garlic oil black pepper
pinch of salt
25 g/1 oz of parmesan cheese - grated
zest and juice of 1 lemon
pack of fresh basil - finely chopped
butter

METHOD
Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked. Drain into a large bowl and drizzle the garlic oil over the pasta. Add all the other ingredients and black pepper to taste. Mix well and serve immediately.
