SPICY POTATO WEDGES

INGRIEDIENTS

8-12 white potatoes - washed but not peeled
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of mixed dried herbs
anglesey sea salt
black pepper
METHOD
Have the potatoes ( ) and place in a baking tray. Pour some olive oil over the potatoes, then the paprika, herbs and a good pinsh of salt and pepper. Cook at a temperature of 200C for 15-20 minutes until they are lightly browned.
