METHOD
Chop the potatoes into cubes. Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the potatoes. Add a little parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve with cold meats and salad. TIP: For extra white potatoes - boil the new potatoes in two lots of water.
