INGRIEDIENTS
1 Welsh beef sirloin steak
oil - for frying
1 onion - sliced
mushrooms - halved
oil - for frying
1 onion - sliced
mushrooms - halved
METHOD
In a big frying pan, heat the oil and fry the steak. Cook the steak to your own taste. Put the steak on a plate to rest and fry the onions and mushrooms in the same oil. Reheat the steak for seconds only together with the onions and mushrooms.
